City's process of purchasing land easements starts for Hope Drive extension

The Winchester VA City Council has started the process of purchasing land easements and rights of way to extend Hope Drive and install sidewalks and drainage improvements on Valley Avenue. You can read more about this long awaited project in this article from the Winchester Star.
